AI Blog Press ("we", "us", "our") operates the aiblogpress.com website and SaaS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

  • Account data: name, email address, and password when you register
  • WordPress credentials: site URL and application passwords you provide to connect your WordPress site
  • Blog content: topics, generated posts, and configuration preferences
  • Payment data: billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
  • Usage data: token usage, generation logs, and feature interaction patterns

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data under the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: To provide and maintain our AI blog generation service, including content generation, WordPress publishing, and account management
  • Contract performance: To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
  • Legitimate interest: To send service-related notifications and product updates essential to the functioning of your account
  • Legitimate interest: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and ensure platform security
  • Legal obligation: To comply with tax, accounting, and other regulatory requirements

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Supabase: database hosting and authentication
  • OpenAI: AI content and image generation
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Vercel: application hosting and deployment
  • Google Analytics: anonymous website usage analytics

We have executed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all sub-processors listed above. Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We encourage you to review their policies. Note: OpenAI does not use API inputs for model training by default, and we have not opted in to any training data sharing.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected in aggregate to improve our service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. Payment-related data is retained for 5 years as required by Polish accounting law (Ustawa o rachunkowości). If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Generated content already published to your WordPress site remains on your site and is outside our control.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data at rest, row-level security in our database, and secure credential storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Object to processing of your personal data
