1. Service Provider

AI Blog Press is operated by Bellita Mariusz Nowakowski, with its registered address at Os Krolewska 18/U7, 02-972 Warsaw, Poland. Tax identification number (NIP): PL5661842922.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and accepting these Terms during registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

AI Blog Press is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate blog content, create featured images, optimize posts for SEO, and publish them to WordPress websites. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.

4. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

5. AI-Generated Content

All content generated through AI Blog Press, including text, images, meta descriptions, and SEO data, is produced by artificial intelligence models. This content is provided strictly on an "AS IS" basis without any warranty whatsoever. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, errors, omissions, biased statements, or misleading information, and you bear sole responsibility for fact-checking and verifying all content before any use or publication
  • The Service does not guarantee that any generated content is accurate, complete, original, legally compliant, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose
  • You are solely and entirely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and fact-checking ALL content before it is published to your website or used in any manner
  • The Service does not warrant that generated content is free from plagiarism, copyright infringement, trademark violations, defamation, or any other legal issues — you must independently verify all content
  • AI-generated images may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or the likeness of real persons, and you are responsible for verifying that you have the right to use and publish all generated images
  • Automated publishing features (including auto-approve and auto-publish) are provided entirely at your own risk — by enabling automation, you accept full responsibility for all content published to your website without manual review
  • We strongly recommend human review of all AI-generated content regardless of your automation settings, and you acknowledge that bypassing manual review increases your risk exposure
  • You retain ownership of content generated through your account, but this does not constitute any guarantee that such content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • AI Blog Press, its owner, and its affiliates are not liable for any claims, damages, penalties, or losses arising from AI-generated content that you publish, distribute, or otherwise use
  • You acknowledge that AI models may produce different results for similar inputs and that content quality may vary — the Service makes no guarantees regarding consistency, quality, or suitability of output

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Produce spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate search engines
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
  • Circumvent usage limits or rate restrictions of your plan
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access

7. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or content limits
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. WordPress Integration

By connecting your WordPress site, you authorize AI Blog Press to publish content, upload media, and manage posts on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content on the connected WordPress site. We store your WordPress application password securely and use it solely for the purposes of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. AI generation quality and speed depend on third-party providers (OpenAI) and may vary. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party service outages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI BLOG PRESS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Blog Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, we are specifically not liable for: (a) the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content; (b) any consequences of publishing AI-generated content to your website, including but not limited to SEO penalties, reputational damage, or third-party claims; (c) any content published via automated features without manual review; (d) any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Blog Press, its owner, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

  • Content generated through your account that is published on any website or platform
  • Your use of automated publishing features, including auto-approve and auto-publish functionality
  • Any third-party claims of copyright infringement, trademark violation, defamation, or other violations related to content published through the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation
  • Your WordPress site or any content published thereto via the Service, including any damages to third parties caused by such content

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your account and these Terms of Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance and request your renewed acceptance. Minor changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your home country always apply. For online dispute resolution, please visit the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

17. Data Retention

To ensure optimal service performance and manage storage resources, we automatically delete user-generated data that is older than 2 (two) years. This includes generated topics, blog posts, featured images, and associated metadata. Data subject to automatic deletion includes content stored in our database and images stored in our cloud storage. You will not receive individual notice before automatic deletion of data that has reached the 2-year retention period. If you wish to preserve your content beyond this period, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Data retention after account termination is governed separately by Section 10 of these Terms (30 days). This 2-year retention policy applies to active accounts only.
